A few years ago, TikToker Hannah (@4wranchh) thought she was going to become a murder victim while at a home health patient's house. The patient and his spouse were sweet. It was their nephew who was the problem.

They lived deep in a rural area where no cell phone service was available. They had two entrances into the home. One was through a set of double sliding doors, but the door did not work. That meant the only entryway was through the garage.

Her patient had severe dementia. They had a big pit bull that looked scary but was actually friendly. One day, the dog randomly got up and sat right next to her.

At first, Hannah thought the dog just wanted her to pet it, but she soon realized that the dog might have been trying to protect her because as soon as the dog leaned against her, the garage door opened, and a young man walked in.

He had just been released from prison. He immediately started harassing Hannah. At one point, he raised his shirt to show off his abs. He kept asking her if she was happily married and if she had kids.

Hannah didn't want to be rude in case she set him off, but she also ignored him for the most part because she didn't want to encourage such behavior.

"Even the patient, being as confused as he was, literally said, hey, she's trying to do a job; leave her alone," recalled Hannah. "Well, I got done with everything I needed to do. I handed the tablet to the patient for him to sign it, and as soon as I did, that guy went outside."

She did not want to go through the dark garage after he had just walked out there, so she suggested to the patient that his dog might need to use the bathroom, allowing her not to go out there alone.

The patient went out with the dog, and she followed closely behind. The nephew suddenly appeared in front of her. He shook her hand and thanked her for everything. She tried to move her hand away, but he wouldn't let go.

"I don't spook very easily, but there was just something inside me that was so uneasy and felt so uncomfortable, and I've been in a lot of really sketchy situations, being in home health for nine years, so I genuinely run into creeps a lot," said Hannah. "But there was just something different in this scenario."

She finally managed to pull away and headed to her car. She sensed him following her, so she immediately got into her car and locked the doors. He started knocking on her window. She turned her car on and drove away.

When she got on the main highway, she looked in her rearview mirror and saw the guy riding a unicycle. He was waving her down, trying to get her to stop.

The moment her cell phone service returned, she called her supervisor, and they discharged the patient that very same day.
