She Woke Up With Bizarre Bite Marks After Matching With A Mysterious Stranger On A Dating App

TikToker Michael (@mikeygrimm13) shares scary story submissions from his followers, and he has one about a woman who had a possible run-in with a vampire.

About a year ago, a woman named Erin accidentally matched with a vampire on a dating app. What happened to her body the morning after the first date seemed to prove that he was a vampire.

At first, this man seemed completely normal. He was one of the most interesting men she had ever spoken to. They talked for nearly a year before meeting in person.

"Over those months, she noticed something about him that started to change a little bit,"  narrated Michael. "His conversations became a little darker; his personality became a little stranger. But weirdly enough, she found herself becoming more attracted to him because of it."

When they finally met for the first time, she invited him back to her place. He immediately refused. But hours later, after the date was over, she suddenly woke up, and she believed that he had been standing next to her bed all night long.

According to Erin, when they originally matched with each other on the dating app, there was nothing about him that was vampiric. His name was Adrian, but she now thinks that wasn't his real name. His communication style was almost old-fashioned. He came across as very intelligent and articulate.

For the first few months, they mostly emailed. They had long, in-depth discussions about books, music, history, philosophy, and much more.

Eventually, they switched to a messaging app, and that was when she started noticing more things about him. Adrian was always up late and often wouldn't answer messages during the day.

As the months passed, Adrian seemed to display a growing interest in the concept of mortality. Occasionally, he would say something that sounded impossible for someone his age to say from experience.

They met up at a bar in Erin's city. She was nervous to meet him. When he walked in, she recognized him right away. He looked exactly like his pictures online. For some reason, eye contact with him felt really intense. Her anxieties melted away.

He never once behaved aggressively or inappropriately. As the night progressed, Erin grew more and more comfortable with him. Eventually, they walked outside.

Before they parted ways, they kissed goodbye. Erin invited him back to her place, but he declined. Then, he gave her a kiss on the cheek and walked away.

"Now, sometime during the night, Erin started to dream," said Michael. "It was so vivid and so real. She was lying in her actual bedroom, and she was in the clothes that she went to bed in."

"Everything was very real. And then, Adrian stepped into view. He wasn't monstrous or anything. He didn't frighten her. He just walked in very casually. He looked exactly how he did at the bar that night."

Erin tried to speak, but she couldn't talk or move. He leaned toward the back of her upper arm, and she felt intense burning pain. She woke up and looked around.

The pain was still there. When she looked in the bathroom mirror, she saw what looked like bite marks on her arm. She had no way to confirm anything, but this was definitely hard to explain logically.
