After spending nine years married to someone, you'd think you should be able to trust them. Sadly, that's just not the case for this 27-year-old woman, whose 29-year-old husband has stabbed her in the back on multiple occasions.
They first started dating when she was very young, and now, they share six kids together.
"Sometimes, it feels like I blinked and suddenly, I'm married, overwhelmed, and questioning how I even got here," she admitted.
According to her, she always loved him, too, and on paper, her husband has been a good dad to their children. He carves out time to spend with them and shows up when they need him.
"Could he help more with cleaning and the daily load? Yes. But he's not absent, and he's not uninvolved," she shared.
That's precisely what makes his infidelity so heartbreaking. Apparently, despite their family growing over the years, her husband hasn't always been the most faithful. He's cheated on her in the past, yet even after those betrayals, she chose to stay.
"I believed the apologies and the promises that it would never happen again. I own that choice," she noted.
Moreover, since she truly cared about her husband, she genuinely thought he felt the same affection and respect for her, even when things got tough. But after one more recent incident, she realizes she might've been wrong all along.
Just the other day, she discovered her husband had committed the "ultimate betrayal" while on his phone. There, she learned he'd been talking to a man he barely knew and sharing inappropriate videos of her with the man in exchange for videos of the man's own wife.

Not only did she never consent to this, but she also saw how her husband talked about her with the other man. He spoke in such "degrading ways," as if she weren't even a human being.
"My body, my privacy, my trust were shared without my knowledge or permission. I feel violated, embarrassed, and ashamed, even though I know logically, this wasn't my fault," she said.
It was her husband, the one who waited for her at the altar and said "I do," who was supposed to protect her. Instead, he exposed her in the most vile way, and now, heartbroken, she's not even sure how to confide in any of her loved ones about the situation.
All she's been left doing is replaying their relationship in her mind, thinking about all the red flags she wrote off for the sake of keeping her family together. In hindsight, she believes that she put her family over her own dignity, and she feels like she doesn't even recognize herself anymore.
"I don't know what to do next. I don't know how to process this or how to even begin rebuilding myself after something like this," she vented.
"Especially when the person who hurt me is also the father of my children and someone I once trusted."
Aside from being immoral, are her husband's actions also illegal? Should she report him to the police for sharing videos of her without her consent? How can she start to heal from this?
